This Website is offered and available to users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, and reside in the United States or any of its territories or possessions. By using this Website, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with TPY and meet all of the foregoing eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use the Website.
Changes to the Terms of Use
We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Website thereafter. Online Purchases
In order to obtain access to certain features of the Website, including videos, you must sign up for a free trial period or purchase a subscription. The duration of the free trial period may vary, but once the trial period expires, TPY will automatically charge you for a monthly subscription at the price stated when you registered for an account. If you only wish to participate in the free trial period, then you will be responsible and must ensure that you cancel your account before the specified expiration date in order to avoid being charged by TPY. Subscriptions are paid for on a recurring, monthly basis. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you may do so at any time. The Website’s FAQ page contains instructions on how to cancel your account. After your cancellation, you will have access to TPY videos and other content that are only accessible with a subscription until your trial period or current billing cycle expires. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE; TPY WILL NOT ISSUE ANY REFUNDS FOR A SUBSCRIPTION CHARGE.
A subscription provides you with 24/7 streaming access to all videos. TPY may add or remove videos from time to time in TPY’s sole discretion and without incurring any liability to any account holders, including you. TPY may periodically offer additional programs that may be free for account holders or for a fee, requiring you to purchase them in addition to your monthly subscription. A monthly subscription is not required to purchase and participate in these programs. Any videos associated with these programs will be available if you log in to the Website with your user account. If your access to these videos will expire, then the Website will notify you of their expiration date.
Accessing the Website and Account Security
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this Website, and any service or material we provide on the Website, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
