Why do we commit to yoga practice? Absolutely, it can make us "feel better" and feel stronger. For the folks at People's Yoga, we always hope that our yoga practice will build our capacity to be with the world as it is and to respond to the world in right action. This goal requires resilience.

In Yoga for Resilience, Emily guides you through 4 concepts to help build a resilience practice: Grounding, Centering, "Unhooking", & Mindfulness


The exploration of each concept will include a short 35 minute practice, a guided pranayama and mediation practice and a full 75-minute vinyasa practice on the theme.


These 12 classes will released every other day June 20-July 10, 2025 and available anytime thereafter.
